Retry loop inspired by the one implemented in the Apache Curator Client. Example usage:

 
 final RetryNTimesLoop retryLoop = new RetryNTimesLoop(3);
 while (retryLoop.shouldContinue()) {
     try {
         node = client.get(resourceUri, selectors);
         break;
     } catch (WSManException e) {
         retryLoop.takeException(e);
     }
 }
